Sally
Sports Chiropractor
Sally is passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love — whether that’s getting through the workday pain-free, playing with the kids, or returning to sport. She holds a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University, and takes a patient-centred approach to care.
Sally uses a variety of techniques including chiropractic adjustments, massage, dry needling, and rehabilitation exercises to help reduce pain, improve movement, and support long-term recovery. Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual, with a strong focus on helping people feel confident, capable, and in control of their health.
Having personally experienced chronic back pain, Sally understands just how much it can affect day-to-day life, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Her own journey to recovery through manual therapy and rehabilitation sparked a passion for helping others find the same relief.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Sally keeping busy. She coaches athletics, drawing on her experience as a junior Australian representative in shot put and discus, and she is also a Seasonal Academic at Macquarie University. She’s currently training with the goal of making a Senior Commonwealth Games or Olympic team, and holds a black belt in Taekwondo, working towards her 2nd Dan by the end of 2025.
On her days off, Sally enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing video games, and exploring new matcha spots — so feel free to pass on your favourites!
