How we can help

Joint pain refers to discomfort, swelling, or stiffness in any of the body's joints, often caused by injury, overuse, or underlying conditions like arthritis. It can affect various joints, including the knees, shoulders, hips, and elbows, and may result from inflammation, wear and tear, or imbalances in muscle strength and alignment. Joint pain can limit movement and impact daily activities, ranging from mild to severe. Treatment typically involves a combination of rest, physical therapy, medications, and sometimes injections or if required surgery, depending on the cause and severity. We aim to provide early conservative intervention managing joint pain and improving quality of life.

The Road to Recovery

What to expect during your visit

We prioritise understanding how you feel, addressing your concerns, and focusing on your personal goals. Your recovery journey with us follows a simple yet comprehensive three-step process:

Step 1: Assess

We begin by gaining a thorough understanding of your condition through a detailed discussion of your symptoms, history, and lifestyle. This is followed by a physical examination to identify the root cause of your concerns, providing a clear baseline to guide your recovery journey.

Step 2: Plan

Based on the assessment results, we create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your goals and needs. We’ll walk you through the recommended therapies, outline the expected timeline, and provide advice on self-care and lifestyle adjustments to support your recovery.

Step 3: Treat

Treatment is centered around the plan we’ve developed, which may include targeted therapies such as manual techniques, guided exercises, joint mobilisation, and dry needling. We’ll track your progress, adjust the approach as needed, and equip you with tools to maintain your recovery and prevent future issues.
